PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
OMEZEE-DM tablet is one of the best medicines to treat acid reflux (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and peptic ulcer disease by relieving the symptoms such as heartburn, irritation or stomach pain. It neutralizes the acid in the stomach and promotes easy gas passage to reduce stomach discomfort.
OMEZEE-DM Tablet can be taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by your doctor. The dose your doctor gives your will depend on your condition and how your body responds to the medicine. Keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop taking this medicine early, you may get back your symptoms and your condition may worsen. If you are taking any other medicines, let your doctor know as they can react.
Most common side effects of this medicine are diarrhea, stomach pain, dryness in mouth, headache and flatulence. Most of these symptoms are temporary and usually go away with time. Do not drive or do any activity which requires mental focus after taking this medicine as it may also cause dizziness. How This Works
Omezee-DM is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Omeprazole. Domperidone works on the upper digestive tract to increase the stomach and intestines movement, which allows the food to move more easily through the stomach. Omeprazole works by reducing the acid in the stomach which helps in giving relief from acid related indigestion and heartburn.
